Basic & Delicious Black Cod
Makes 4 or 5 patties
These are crisp on the outside, tender on the inside, full of flavor and easy to make. Mix everything together and form into patties in the morning and at dinner time, all you have to do is cook them for 4-5 minutes on each side, just enough time to throw together a quick green salad and steam a veggie!
Ingredients:
Blackcod Fillet
Soy or Tamari Sauce
Toasted Sesame Oil
Green Onions
Instructions:
Place Blackcod (meat side down) in a pyrex bakable dish. Add Soy or Tamari Sauce and Toasted Sesame Oil.
Marinate for 1-2 hours.
Bake at 375 degrees (skin side up) for 5 minutes, then flip meat side up and bake until the fish begins to flake or separate.
Once close to done I like to place the fish under the broiler for a minute or so to lightly brown the fish.
Remove from the oven and garnish with diced green onions.
