Our story

Established in 1990 we have over 120 years of combined expertise in the fish processing industry.

The wild fish and seafood we offer comes from the cold waters of Southeast Alaska. We offload the fisherman’s catch and transport their fish 1 mile to our small family-owned processer.  The fish is handled with care as it is custom processed, vacuum packed and blast frozen.  Because it is hand packed on site, this quality product gets to your table fast and fresh.
